ZENAM exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will do its best to deliver orders to a residential address or other address in Italy, according to the shipping option selected by the Customer.
ZENAM will do its best to deliver the orders as soon as possible and in the order in which they have been issued. ZENAM’s goal is to ship orders in Italy within 5 working days using couriers that deliver in Italy within 24-48 hours. For orders abroad, the delivery time could be extended by additional 24-48 hours.
After shipping the order, if the Customer has provided the e-mail address, he/she will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the data of the expected shipment.

Customers may cancel or return the order from the date of issue and up to 14 days after receipt of the ordered items, notifying the company according to the order withdrawal section.
ZENAM guarantees the refund of all items returned in accordance with the return policy, provided that all items are returned in the same condition in which they were at the time of receipt by the Customer.
Customers can enter payment details when placing your order, using a valid credit or debit card. ZENAM reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, the credit status in relation to the value of the order and the correctness of the purchaser’s address.
Purchases on the site www.zenam.it are subject to the Italian discipline of the D.L. n° 185 of 1999, dictated in matter of contracts to distance in the case in which the delivery of the goods happens to the domicile of the purchaser in how much the purchases on line happen to the outside of the commercial premises.
Only private individuals who have purchased through our site are entitled to withdrawal. This right can be exercised without opposing any reason.
Zenam guarantees the right of withdrawal within and no later than 14 days from receipt of goods. Such right is not applicable to companies and retailers.

Upon receipt of the communication of withdrawal, ZENAM will contact the purchaser to establish the method of goods returns, which must take place within and no later than 48 hours. While applying the right of withdrawal it remains understood that:
· the product must be intact in all its parts including its original packaging;
· the returned goods travel at the customer’s risk.
ZENAM is not liable in the following cases:
· breakage or damage to products returned by courier, without prejudice to the customer’s full right to file a complaint against the courier and obtain a refund of the value of the goods.
As soon as received, the product will be checked in all its parts including internal and external packaging. In case the products are damaged or missing, ZENAM may retain as a contribution a percentage up to 100% of the value of the damaged or missing product.
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to the occurrence of one or more of the following hypotheses:
· non-original and/or missing internal and/or external packaging;
· damaged product not due to transport;
· absence of accessories and/or instruction manuals and/or even small parts of the product itself;
· Torn tag.
If one of the above cases occurs, ZENAM will return the products by charging the shipping costs to the customer.
Upon receipt of the goods and after the above-mentioned checks, ZENAM will return by bank transfer and/or PAYPAL the amount paid by the customer. It will be the customer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details to obtain the transfer (IBAN and invoice holder).
